  After contacting this company in September of 2015 and talking with Bob Schutte the owner I decided to get a quote to replace the stairwell and railing in my home. After multiple calls and voice messages left to set an appointment (with many no return calls) Bob finally came out in early October and said he would get back to me with a quote the following week. It’s going on two months now and after many more phone calls with several promises that the quote would be done the next day. I still not have a quote.
  This lack of service has stopped my remodeling project dead in its tracks.
  The final straw was when I made one last attempt to get the quote and if that was not possible to please refer me to another contractor.
  Bob Schutte did not even have the common courtesy to return that call. Don't waste your time with this business.
  If you are in need of new stairs or railing do not waste your time on this company.
  I would give this company a zero star if I could!
