  I used Nelson many years ago for furnace and duct work on another home. They were professional, courteous and informative. As a result, I contacted Nelson when my AC unit was not working properly.
  
  Elliot, the Salesman, was patient with my many questions, courteous and professional. He did not sale with pressure tactics. He fostered a sense of trust and comfort. I purchased a new AC unit and had to have some duct work modifications.
  
  The HVAC techs, Tom and Art, arrived in a timely manner. Both men were consistently kind, worked together with a sense of ease, professional, courteous and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed.
  
  I am totally pleased with my experiences with all services provided by Nelson Comfort.
